Refund and Returns Policy for ElectVIP

At ElectVIP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your watch, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below for details.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible for a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, your product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unused and undamaged).
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • You must have the proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, etc.).

Note: Watches that have been worn, engraved, resized, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

2. How to Return Your Order

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@electvip.click to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
  2. Return Instructions: Once your return is authorized, we will send you instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the watch and its accessories in the original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping Fees: The original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or we made an error with the order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item. Upon inspection, we will either offer a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange it for.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items purchased with a promotional discount or gift card.
  • Watches that have been customized (e.g., engraved or resized).
  • Watches that have been worn or show signs of usage.

7. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please ensure that you include all necessary customs documentation to avoid delays. International returns may also be subject to additional shipping and customs fees.
